Engineering

All estimates are engineered to ensure the repair method is as per the manufacturer repair methods and the costs are correct. 1EasyCall has the capability to engineer motorcycles through to large HGV and specialist vehicles.

All our desktop estimates are processed using Audatex and repair MI will be provided at the end of each month.

The engineering data is all captured within our online claims system and is viewable via the client portal 24 - 7.

The engineers abide by strict SLA's and KPI's to ensure minimal downtime and hire duration.
